| Technical Assistant |
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related technical field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in oil & gas, engineering, maintenance, workshop, construction, or technical services is preferred.

- To provide technical, administrative, and operational support to engineers, supervisors, technicians, and project teams in the execution of technical and engineering activities, ensuring work is properly coordinated, documented, and completed in accordance with company and HSE requirements.

| Sales Executive |
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the oil & gas, engineering, industrial, or technical services sector.

- To develop and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, promote company products and services, and achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

| IT Technician |
- Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience is preferred.

- To provide technical support and maintenance for the company’s IT hardware, software, network infrastructure, and end-user services, ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations across the organization.

| Technician |
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant technical or maintenance experience is preferred.
Experience in the oil & gas, engineering, construction, maintenance, or industrial sector is an advantage.

- To perform technical, maintenance, installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities for equipment and systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company, client, and industry requirements.

| IT Security & Operations Manager |
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and security management.
- Technical Depth: Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and enterprise networking (SD-WAN, firewall management).
- Security Acumen: Proven experience implementing cybersecurity frameworks and managing compliance audits.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive IT service delivery.
- Certifications: ITIL v4 (or similar IT service management certification) is strongly preferred. Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.

- Cloud & Network Infrastructure: Manage and maintain the corporate cloud environment (Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS) and network architecture (SD-WAN, firewalls, Wi-Fi), ensuring high availability and performance.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Own the company’s security posture, driving initiatives in endpoint protection, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and vulnerability management. Ensure compliance with O&G industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS).
- Vendor & Partner Management: Strategically manage the IT vendor ecosystem. Negotiate contracts, enforce SLAs, and oversee third-party providers, including ISPs and MSPs for tier-1 helpdesk overflow.
- Governance & Resilience: Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, disaster recovery (DR) plans, and business continuity procedures (BCP).
- Financial Stewardship: Manage software licensing, IT asset management, and budget tracking.
