EKawal Access Control

  • Installation and commissioning of turnstiles, vehicle barriers and associated accessories.

Tank cleaning

  • Mobilization and operation of no-man entry tank cleaning equipment
  • Achieved hydrocarbon free status

Offshore Electrical Revamping

  • Management, Engineering, Procurement and Construction
  • Engineering studies to improve reliability and safety of platforms’ electrical system
  • Replacement, retrofitting and modification of generator, generator breaker board, main switchboard, lighting DB, light and fittings, submersible pump control, crane, solar power system, DC DB, navigational aid system, obstruction lights and cabling

Lokring

  • Site survey, supply and installation at numerous offshore and onshore sites.
  • Urgent call-off to repair leaks, damaged or corroded piping using patented metal to metal leak-free fitting without hot works.

Refueling Station at Pulau Muara Besar

  • Construction of temporary operational refilling station capable of supplying fuel for vehicles / transportation used on the island.
  • Supply and install underground storage tank, fuel dispensers and site office.

Rohrback Cosasco System

  • Supporting Rohrback Cosasco as local partner
  • Installation and data retrieval of corrosion monitoring elements.
  • Provide study of metal loss within pipes for asset protection.

Pusat Pembangunan Kapasiti (PPK)

  • One of the 7 founding members of the PPK, in conjunction with MEMI
  • Training in Woodcraft, Steelcraft, Marker Fitter, Welding and Scaffolding
  • Trained over 200 students
  • Providing support for students attached to Pulau Muara Besar for the Hengyi construction job

Tank gauging and alarm system

  • Currently holding contract to install, commission and maintain Enraf tank gauging and alarm systems
  • System upgrade and installation of Independent High Level Alarm and Automated Tank Gauging, inclusive of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Upgrade of tank gauging system and installation of all ATGs and displacement gauging in client’s site
  • Sites include refinery, plants and terminals
